Hola Foodies! Originating from Valencia on the East Coast of sunny Spain this veggie-packed fish dish is a firm favourite with the Wild Child Taste Team. We love the mix of smoky paprika and rainbow veggies topped off with delicate cod from our awesome fish supplier London Southbank Fisheries.
Cod is an excellent source of vitamin B12 (supports the central nervous system), selenium (supports a healthy immune system) and phosphorus (essential for bone health). While we usually opt for cod in this recipe, we will sometimes swap to equally tasty pollock if there are concerns about cod stocks. We do this as we believe in ethical, sustainable eating. Pollock is also a rich source of these vitamins and minerals. We will always let you know if this swap is being made.
