This hearty ragu is packed with puy lentils - a great source of plant-based protein, fibre, folate and magnesium. We stew them down in a rich tomato sauce with chunky carrots and onions. Enjoy on its own, with mash or as part of a more substantial meal - try serving with some baked fish!
Pick from ragu on its own or add a base of garlic mash. Our bigger pot can serve two little foodies or many more as part of a bigger meal.
