With cacao used most in the UK to produce chocolate bars, the WCK team are keen to share with you our healthy alternative! This raw chocolate recipe is delicious moulded into bars and cooled, or makes a great dipping sauce for biscuits, cakes, etc.
50g coconut oil
40g cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 tbsp maple syrup
Melt the coconut oil in a bain marie.
Once melted, add all the other ingredients and stir until a smooth, chocolatey consistency.
Taste now to see if you want it a little sweeter, adding half a tsp of maple syrup if so!
