Garlic & Chickpea Pasta

This pasta is a Wild Child Kitchen summer favourite! Using our ingredient of the week, garlic, to flavour the dish, we have opted for the gluten and grain free chickpea pasta. Packed with protein and fiber, this pasta is a great alternative for vegans and vegetarians. 
Garlic & Chickpea Pasta
1 portion of fresh chickpea pasta
1 clove of garlic
5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Quarter of a red onion, finely sliced
Handful of spinach
Olive oil
Fresh parsley to garnish
First add a glug of good quality olive oil to a pan
Add your onions and cook till transparent 
Boil your water and cook the pasta
Next add your garlic and tomatoes, followed by the spinach
Once the tomatoes and spinach start to wilt, add your pasta to your pan
Coat the pasta in the garlic mix and pour into a pasta dish
Garnish with parsley and pepper
