Featured Ingredient: Tomatoes

With the tomatoes currently in season here in the UK, here at Wild Child Kitchen we have been making the most of the delicious vegetable whilst it's in full bloom. A great source of Vitamin A and C, tomatoes are essential for good vision, healthy bone growth and relieving asthma symptoms for little foodies.
Providing us with plenty of antioxidants and fiber, the juicy tomato is also full of flavour and very hydrating thanks to its high water content.  Adored by children and adults, tomatoes are an easy addition to all kinds of food.
