A little foodies favourite! This small, firm fruit is very distinctive thanks to its unique golden orange colour and sweet taste. Currently in season here in the UK, apricots are a great source of Vitamin C, beta-carotene and fiber. The juicy fruit is now considered a superfood due to its ability to protect our eyesight and anti inflammatory powers!
