How do I reheat my meal?

Specific reheating instructions are provided on our packaging. You can also find these on the relevant product page when you view a dish from our menu. We advise fully defrosting each dish before cooking. For the Fish Pie, Shepherd's Pie and Salmon & Roasted Tomato Gnocchi we suggest oven cooking for best results - especially if you want to brown the tops! The Chicken Curry, Lamb & Sultana Meatballs and Ratatouille & Borlotti Bean Stew can all be heated in the microwave or oven if you prefer. 

Do you use organic produce?

We strive to use organic produce wherever possible.  Where we haven't been able to source organic, you will see these items denoted with an asterisk in the ingredients list for each dish. We will only ever use organic meat from farmers we trust. What about allergens?

Our recipes are free from gluten, dairy and nuts (including peanuts). However, our current kitchen handles all of these allergens. It also handles sesame. Therefore, there is always a risk of cross-contamination (no matter how careful we are and the many precautions we have in place). If you would like any further information about allergens and/or our kitchen, please drop us an email at

None of the delivery slots work for me, do you offer any other times?

Unfortunately at this stage we can only offer three standard delivery slots each week. As we know it is often impossible to be home to collect deliveries we offer the option of putting your order in a cool box that will keep your dishes frozen for several hours. This will cost £2.50. Just make sure you select a delivery slot with "cool box" and tell us your safe place at the check out. Leave your used box for us to collect on your next delivery and we will ensure you receive a voucher for a free cool box to redeem against a future order. This means after your first two boxes, you get the cool box option for free if you continue to return your used ones. If you have any further queries about packaging, please do not hesitate to drop us an email at

Can I change my delivery slot?

Plans change, we get that! We will do all we can to accommodate requests to change delivery slots, all we ask is that you give us some notice. Just drop us an email to by 6pm the night before your scheduled delivery.  We will assume that you want the next available delivery slot unless clearly stated otherwise in your email.
